Membership Renewal and Management

AASFAA offers two membership types.

  • Institutional Membership (for colleges, universities, lending institutions, guarantors and other private and public entities)
  • Individual Membership (for individuals not employed at a member institution)
    • Individual members do not have voting rights.

2019-2020 Membership details:

  • Early bird membership for the 2019-2020 year is $75 for those institutions who renew or begin their membership by September 30, 2019.  
  • Starting October 1, 2019 the membership fee will be a fixed rate of $85.
  • AASFAA membership runs August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020.
  • Take a moment today to renew your membership to take advantage of the early bird pricing.

*During membership renewal you will have the opportunity to update the membership list for your institution, so be sure to have your current staff list handy. There are options to pay online with a credit card or via invoice. If you need to use the “invoice me” option, go to the membership portal and complete the membership renewal form by September 30th to take advantage of the reduced rate.

Follow these steps to add/delete members

  1. Log into the AASFAA Site and click My Profile
  2. Click My Organization
  3. Next, click Individual Profiles
  4. Then click the Create Linked Profile button to add members. To remove members select Unlink. 
If you are an Institutional Member, and need to have your membership renewed, please contact your Institution account holder - only they can renew your membership. You can view who your Institution account holder is, by visiting your profile, and clicking on the Relationships tab.
