Membership Renewal and Management

AASFAA currently offers two main membership types:

  • Institutional Membership (for colleges, universities, lending institutions, guarantors and other private and public entities)
    • $85 - The institutional membership fee is one flat rate per year; it is not charged per person.
  • Individual Membership (for individuals not employed at a member institution)
    • $20

AASFAA membership runs August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021.

Take a moment today to renew your membership (Key Contacts only)

If you are an Institutional Member, and need to have your membership renewed, please contact your Institution's Key Contact(s) - only they can renew your membership. You can view who your Institution's Key Contact is by visiting your profile and clicking on "Your Organization" on the hover menu under the My Profile menu tab.

During membership renewal you will have the opportunity to update the membership list for your institution, so be sure to have your current staff list handy. There are options to pay online with a credit card or via invoice. If you need to use the “invoice me” option, you can do so by going to the membership portal and completing the membership renewal form.

Existing/Active Members

If you are currently a Key Contact on your Institution's profile page, and you wish to add or remove members in your institution, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the AASFAA site and click My Profile
  2. Hover over the My Profile Tab and select Your Organization
  3. Next, click Individual Profiles
  4. Then click the Create Linked Profile button to add a new member, or click "Unlink" next to a listed member to remove them from your institution. (If you are moving existing members from another Institution to your own, please email [email protected] to request an administrator make this change rather than creating a duplicate new profile)

If you have questions about membership, please contact the Membership Committee Chair, Shaundra Coleman, at [email protected].

If you have any technical questions, such as having trouble accessing a form, please email [email protected]
