Membership Renewal and Management

AASFAA offers two membership types.

  • Institutional Membership (for colleges, universities, lending institutions, guarantors and other private and public entities)
  • Individual Membership (for individuals not employed at a member institution)
    • Individual members do not have voting rights.

2019-2020 Membership details:

  • Early bird membership for the 2019-2020 year is $75 for those institutions who renew or begin their membership by September 30, 2019.  
  • Starting October 1, 2019 the membership fee is a fixed rate of $85.
  • AASFAA membership runs August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020.
  • Take a moment today to renew your membership (Key Contacts only) to take advantage of the early bird pricing.

If you are an Institutional Member, and need to have your membership renewed, please contact your Institution's Key Contact(s) - only they can renew your membership. You can view who your Institution's Key Contact is by visiting your profile and clicking on "Your Organization" on the hover menu under the My Profile menu tab.

During membership renewal you will have the opportunity to update the membership list for your institution, so be sure to have your current staff list handy. There are options to pay online with a credit card or via invoice. If you need to use the “invoice me” option, go to the membership portal and complete the membership renewal form by September 30th to take advantage of the reduced rate. 

Existing/Active Members

If you are currently a Key Contact on your Institution's profile page, and you wish to add or remove members in your institution, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the AASFAA site and click My Profile
  2. Hover over the My Profile Tab and select Your Organization
  3. Next, click Individual Profiles
  4. Then click the Create Linked Profile button to add a new member, or click "Unlink" next to a listed member to remove them from your institution. (If you are moving existing members from another Institution to your own, please email [email protected] to request an administrator make this change rather than creating a duplicate new profile)
