Session Information:  Spend a day with our NASFAA Credentialed Trainers while they present their Fall 2018 Regional Training. Learn and practice new skills to assertively communicate and negotiate in critical situations.  Session includes Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) NASFAA-U credential preparation, study guide and credential test voucher.  Registrants for the pre-conference will also receive a copy of the book Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When the Stakes are High.
