Kyle has helped numerous organizations achieve their goals through innovative learning strategies. He is passionate about coaching and has a knack for organizing resources and running workshops. Prior to his career in learning and development, Kyle played college football at West Point and Arizona State, earning player of the game and player of the year awards. He credits his experience as a college athlete with teaching him lessons in teamwork, leadership and perseverance that he has applied throughout his career.
